Meet Charlie

I have always been passionate about keeping fit and healthy however my journey into yoga was a delightful twist. I initially turned to yoga to enhance my recovery routine and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with it.

Yoga not only improved my recovery but also became a source of focus, stress reduction and a unique form of strength and stamina building which beautifully complemented my other fitness endeavourers.

My commitment to yoga deepened when I faced a challenging period, due to a hip injury that required reconstructive surgery. During that year long recovery I made a life changing decision to become a yoga teacher. With years of dedicated practice, I had personally experienced the many benefits of yoga and was eager to share this with others.

Since completing my 200-hour teacher training in 2016 I’ve had the privilege of teaching over 2000 hours of classes and workshops, I’ve also had the joy of blending my love of yoga with my passion for travel, instructing at retreats and luxury resorts worldwide.

Along the way I pursed further qualifications in yoga, anatomy, human movement, including Functional Range conditioning (FRC®) and most recently I became a certified health coach.

Yogini by day, nature enthusiast by heart! When I roll up my yoga mat, you’ll find me chasing sunrises by the ocean, dancing barefoot in the wilderness and savouring the simple joys of a delightful cup of tea.

Life’s a journey and I’m here to make every moment a playful adventure.!

My approach

I strive to create an enriching experience that encourages a harmonious blend of playfulness and strength. Each class is designed to challenge both mind and body.

While I deeply respect the traditional roots of yoga, my teachings places a strong emphasis on anatomy, biomechanics and the science of movement. Its essential for my students to comprehend not just the how but also the why behind our practice, enabling them to gain a profound understanding of their bodies and its capabilities.

I integrate mobility and functional movement into my classes to cultivate stronger, more resilient bodies that are better equipped to handle stress and prevent injuries. My belief is this fusion of yoga and mobility based movement is key to promoting longevity in ones physical capabilities both on and off the yoga mat.

Together we embark on a journey towards improved well being and enhanced mobility, unlocking the potential for a healthier, more balanced life.
