Flex & Flow Day Retreat - hips and hamstrings

Our second day retreat in the Flex and Flow series.

Held at The Cross Barn in Odiham we will begin the day with a mediation walk followed by a yoga flow, designed to warm up and prepare the body for the rest of the day.

During the day we will explain the difference between ‘stiff’ and ‘weak’ muscles and what mobility exercises can be done to help build strength, ease tightness and increasing range of movement within the the hips and hamstrings. There will also be a chance to "workshop" any poses or movements you feel restricted with, providing you with ways to unlock the movement. 

We will close our day with a blissful restorative practice, leaving you refreshed and balanced. 

A wholesome lunch and drinks are provided, this day promises to nourish both body and soul.

Immerse yourself in a day focusing on opening the upper body, releasing tensions and creating space. Held in the wonderful, Cross Barn, Odiham. 

We will begin the day with an invigorating yoga flow, igniting the fire within and warming the body,  focusing on chest-opening sequences that will leave you feeling energized. 

This will be Followed by mobility exercises focusing on building strength and increasing range of movement, targeting the neck, spine and shoulders. There will also be a chance to "workshop" any poses or movements you feel restricted with, providing you with ways to unlock the movement.
