If you're just starting or making progress in your fitness and health journey, private sessions can help you reach your goals.

These 1-on-1 sessions are personalized for you, using yoga, functional movement, mobility training, and breathwork.

The sessions are enjoyable and motivating, and I'll be there to guide, support, and hold you accountable. Here are some ways I can assist you on your journey.

  • Stressed or Burn out

    Using breathwork, mediation and movement, to help regulate the Nervous System. You will also be provided with tools to use in times where you feel stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted.

  • Mobility and strength

    Whether your goal is sport specific, to achieve an advanced yoga pose, joint health or to move better we will achieve your goal through mobility and strength trainin

  • Injury management and recovery

    Building resilience in the body using mobility and strength work to prevent further injuries. and ease old ones. We will also focus on enhancing recovery and how breathwork will be used to help deal with pain management.

My support isn't just contained within our one hour session, you will be given tailor made exercises to do in-between sessions, check-ins from me and any additional assistance needed to keep you on track.

If you want to make a change and see a difference, commitment and consistency is key. You can't undo 10 years of bad posture or unlearn incorrect movement patterns in an hour, which is why I like to work with clients over a few sessions and offer a discount for 1:1 sessions if you block book sessions.
