Hi, I’m Charlie, founder of 7th Vibe—a space where yoga meets mobility and movement becomes medicine.
I’m a certified yoga teacher, Functional Range Conditioning® mobility specialist, and health coach with over 2,800 hours of teaching experience. My approach blends science, soul, and strategy to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body in ways that last.
After years of navigating burnout, injury, and the rigid side of the wellness world, I created 7th Vibe as an antidote—where movement is intuitive, playful, and rooted in truth. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or rebuilding your relationship with movement, I’m here to support you with practices that are intelligent and empowering.
You’ll find me teaching in-person classes, offering 1:1 coaching, and creating on-demand sessions that meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go, pain-free and powerful.

At 7th Vibe isn’t about chasing peak poses or pushing your body past its limits. It’s about learning how to move well, feel strong, and stay connected to your body for the long run.
What makes my approach different is the way yoga, mobility, and strength are woven together. Rather than treating flexibility, strength, and recovery as separate things, I teach movement as a whole system, one that supports your sport, your work, and your everyday life.

Strength-based movement to build confidence and longevity
This means we don’t just stretch tight areas, we explore why they’re tight, and how to create lasting change.
