The Drop In - Return
The drop In is part of the Drop In Series, a collection of day retreats designed to bring you back to yourself. Get out of your head. Get back in to your body. That’s it.
The day will involve, movement, breath work, nourishing food and a sound bowl session.

Marathon Reset
Join me for a special one off 60 minute stretch and mobility session, designed to support your body exactly where it’s at, especially after the impact and intensity of 26.2 miles.
Through a blend of mindful stretching and strength-based mobility work, you’ll:
°Ease tight hips, hamstrings, and calves
°Reduce post-run stiffness and soreness
°Support recovery in your knees and lower back
°Improve circulation to help flush out fatigue
°Gently restore movement through joints that feel stuck or compressed
