1:1 Coaching (online or In Person)

  • Initial 60 minute consultation and movement assessment

  • Personalised plan tailored to your body and goals

  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins (Virtual or in person)

  • Ongoing tweaks as you progress

  • Message support for ‘wait, am I doing this right?’ moments.

    Small Private Groups

  • Train with 2-4 friends, teammates or co-workers

  • Tailored session based on shared goals (strength, recovery, mobility)

  • Ideal if you want community, accountability and a bit of a laugh while you train.

  • Online or In person depending on location
